About the Health at Work Coalition

The Health at Work Coalition (HAWC)  is a community group of wellness coordinators, employee health nurses, and others interested in worksite wellness. The group meets the second Tuesday of every month at the United Way of Central Oklahoma to discuss worksite wellness in Oklahoma County, learn from speakers, collaborate on projects to benefit the business community, and network to enhance current wellness programs.

Mission: To connect, inspire and empower Oklahoma City businesses through a forum of health and wellness.

Vision: The vision of COTP HAWC is that all businesses within Oklahoma City embrace a culture of health and safety for all their employees.

Goals:

      To be a worksite wellness resource

      To maintain and update the website www.healthatworkokc.org

      To provide monthly meeting that are useful and informative

      To provide a forum for networking with other businesses

      To partner with community organizations that further the health of the community

      To provide a wellness conference once a year
