As a wellness coordinator, (or person in charge for an employee wellness program) you will most likely end up planning a health fair or workshop for employees. You may spend many hours planning, strategizing, coordinating and organizing for the event, and you want people to show up. What are some tips and/or ideas you can share to encourage employees to attend these types of events?
