Worksite Wellness Without Disrupting Productivity

These days with people juggling work, families, and other activities it can be difficult to find time to get enough physical activity.  Worksite wellness programs and activities provide a great way for employees to get physical activity in the place they must go at least 5 days a week: the workplace.  However, some managers and supervisors worry that worksite wellness programs may disrupt worker productivity.

How can we incorporate wellness programs into the workday without disrupting productivity?
